About the Author
Kellie Collins (BSc Hons, MSc) is a nutritionist for eDiets UK, an online diet information website produced in conjunction with Tesco supermarkets. An avid cook, she works on the meals database and also writes for the online newsletter, eDiets News. Kellie obtained an honours degree in Human Nutrition at the University of Ulster and then joined the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) to study for her research Masters. She is currently studying for a qualification in Exercise and Health studies, which will enable her to practise as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. Kellie lives in Dublin.
